Whoever knew a theme as yucky as germs could be so much fun???!!! In typical boy humor, this topic (which includes some potty talk and villains- germs) is perfect!
We began by watching a video about germs, the perfect way to learn about something that is so small and 'invisible'. This kids loved it!
We didn't have an official book today....instead we took information from the videos to begin our tree map about germs. Germs can...... and Germs are...... are the two categories for this week. See the picture posted above. We will continue to add to it as the week progresses.
Your child learned a new poem about Germs today. This week's poem is shorter and with more repetition that previous poems. Hopefully it will be easier to learn since the week is short!
During calendar, we noted that it is a new month- welcome February! We're counting down to Ms. Ellen's favorite holiday- Valentine's Day!
